Emma graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Oceanography with Marine Biology. After this she pursued a career as an Environmental Scientist, contributing to research and working as a Project Manager for an international consultancy and an Advisor for local government.
When she had children she retrained and established her own business developing and delivering creative workshops and online courses, and writing tutorials for online and print media. Emma has two children one of whom has special educational needs so she understands the need for flexible and creative approaches to education.
Emma lives in Oxfordshire where she enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, growing fruit, vegetables & flowers in her garden, and spending lots of time in front of her sewing machine.
