Homeschooler achieves top result in Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award

Homeschooling student, Hannah Guansing, is celebrating after receiving the prestigious Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award for AS Level English Language.

Twenty-year-old Hannah has been homeschooling in Malaysia for the last six years through Wolsey Hall Oxford and has seen great success in her exams culminating in her receiving the Award. The Outstanding Learner Awards recognise exceptional learner achievement in Cambridge exams around the world.

“Without Wolsey it would have been impossible for me to achieve the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award, and the same can be said of my other academic achievements as well,” says Hannah. “Wolsey has given me the resources and support over the years to motivate me through my secondary education, and because of the effort that has been put into making Wolsey Hall a great distance-learning program, I can proudly share my successes.”

“It’s extremely rewarding to congratulate Hannah after she has worked so incredibly hard in her exams. To receive the Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award is the icing on the cake of an impressive set of results,” says Lee Wilcock, Principal of Wolsey Hall Oxford.
