The Benefits of Studying Primary Geography

Our Primary Geography homeschooling course aims to inspire your child with a curiosity and fascination about the world and its people that will remain with them for the rest of their lives.

This course covers the requirements of the UK Key Stage 2 English National Curriculum over 4 years and aims for children to:

  • Develop knowledge of the location of globally significant places, as well as their defining physical and human characteristics.
  • Understand the processes that give rise to the key physical and human geographical features of the world, and how these vary over space and time.
  • Become competent in a wide range of geographical skills.

Once completed, our Primary Geography homeschooling course lays the foundations for children to transition smoothly to our Secondary Geography course.

I cannot praise Geography enough: such a fantastic course, so clever and challenging in a positive way! Natalia found it the hardest but also absorbing, especially the topic on population. Thank you again for this year. I don’t think there is a better way to educate a child.
