Course cancellation
What to do if you need to cancel any of your child’s courses
We do our very best to provide all our students with the best possible personalised education, with world-class Cambridge-approved courses, dedicated support, and a thriving, growing student community. We’re proud that 98% of our families would recommend our school to others, but should you wish to cancel any of your child’s online courses with us, you should follow the process set out below as part of our Course Cancellation Policy.
If you have any questions, please contact your Admissions Officer or our Admissions Team. For enrolled students, please contact your Student Progress Manager.
Our cancellation process
Write to us within 45 days of your course-access date explaining that you need to cancel your child’s courses. You will receive a full refund, minus an administration and processing fee (£50 per course for Primary and Lower Secondary courses, and £75 per course for GCSE Level and A Level courses). If you're only cancelling individual courses but not your child’s full bundle, any refund will take into account the number of remaining courses, factoring in any money owed to us if your overall bundle price is affected.
Please note that if you need to cancel your courses after 45 days from your course-access date, you will need to continue paying any unpaid instalments on the agreed dates.
