Flexible, comprehensive and supportive
I used Wolsey Hall Oxford to sit an A level in support of a career change. I had a really superb experience with the college. The online portal is easy to use. Teaching and learning materials are well curated to deliver the content. Tutors feedback is constructive, on point and quickly provided. These factors all help to ensure readiness for the exams themselves as well as development of a strong knowledge of the subject content. The administrative team were efficient and helpful. Overall and excellent experience and I would strongly recommend to anyone who can’t attend regular schooling in person or perhaps who wants to study an additional qualification alongside studies in school.

Great experience
My son only had 12 months instead of 2 academic years to prepare for his IGCSEs so we decided that attending an online school was going to be the best solution to help him achieve his plan of preparing for his IGCSEs in a short amount of time. Our experience with Wolsey Hall has been excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to study for their IGCSEs remotely. My son has just received his IGCSE results and has passed all his exams with outstanding results.

Great School with a lot of experience , great curriculum and very good teachers
The curriculum is very well structured, and both the study books and online platform are excellent, allowing secondary students to start studying by themselves. Our son has evolved a lot, he has learned how to study and investigate by himself, and how to use critical thinking. The teachers are very helpful and respond quickly. We are very pleased with Wolsey Hall, student and parents alike.

Great experience throughout my school years
I have been with Wolsey since I started KS3, and I'm now going to start my final year of A levels. All throughout my time, the tutors have been fantastic and the feedback I got from them on my assignments have been good, as well as communication if I needed any additional help. For my AS level sociology, my assignment marks went from 68/100 to 90/100. Overall, probably one of the best online schooling options

Home Education with Wolsey Hall
Just to say thank you for a very positive experience at Wolsey Hall. My daughter became overwhelmed with stress and exam pressure at the beginning of year 11. As she had already been offered an apprenticeship in the equine industry, she wanted to leave education. Wolsey Hall gave her the opportunity to continue her studies, alongside her work experience. She enjoyed the flexible schedule, and she could do the course work and assignments whatever time of day suited her. It taught her time management and useful life skills such as attending and planning online meetings. The Student Progress Manager and subject tutors are very responsive and supportive.

Elective Home Educating with Wolsey Hall Oxford
We have been elective home educating since November 2023 and the change in our daughter’s mental health has been amazing. We chose WH for online learning (year 7) and do not regret that decision at all. We have found the structure of the lessons; a mixture of textbook and interactive learning together with the assignment schedule is just what our daughter needs. Laura Hobley, our Student Progress Manager is extremely helpful with answering any queries we have and regularly gets in touch with our daughter to support her studies. All of the tutors have been extremely friendly and helpful and our daughter has found their feedback very encouraging and adds validation to her studies. We are very happy with our move to elective home education and are very thankful to WH for supporting us on this journey.

A very positive experience
A very positive experience for my daughter. The online IGCSE subjects that she completed were well organised, the assignments well spaced out, the feedback from tutors was helpful and encouraging. It offered flexibility with the validation of valuable qualifications at the end. Online schooling with Wolsey Hall was an excellent choice and worked very well for us.

Helping my godson achieve
I am using the maths and English from Wolsey Hall to help my godson achieve his potential. He is a quiet lad and unable to ask for help at school, in big classes. The videos, online resources, and personal help when asked, has been excellent. My godson has gone from lower middle to upper top set in the space of 18months. Wolsey Hall has provided me with the knowledge, excellently explained, to help my godson. He loves the videos and his confidence has improved and I am having the pleasure of seeing him improved weekly.

WH has met and exceeded our expectations.
We are in our first year with Wolsey Hall Oxford and it has totally met (and exceeded) our expectations at this time. I have two daughters that are highly self motivated to study remotely (which became most evident to us during 2020/2021 lockdown-public-school-from-home and paved the way for Wolsey Hall). Very happy with the online product running parallel with the physical text books, and the occasional face-to-face contact with program managers and subject teachers.

Very satisfied I can only recommend
We're using Wolsey Hall since our son is 9 years old, on a part-time basis because we're in continental Europe and he's already enrolled in the local school system. While you should expect to spend time with your kid on the lessons and exercises, I do fully recommend the school because it is very rigorous and supportive. They also offer optional web based tutoring if it is one's wish, and there are many clubs for those who have more time. The curriculum is basically what you'd experience in UK, so overall very good and progressive. The pace for mathematics is quite high, but it is worth the effort. If you're looking for a self-service, web based school, this is probably not the right one, but if you're looking for a rigorous but yet fun (for example the english module) and that can adapt to each one's lifestyle this is really a great option. They also prepare well for iGCSE which is a recognized diploma.

Wolsey Hall Oxford - top tier!!
I researched countless online school platforms for my 11-year-old daughter to work from. A school platform that wouldn't hold her back because of her age, but would let her learn at her own pace. My daughter was currently in year 6 in mainstream school but was incredibly bored, so Wolsey Hall Oxford allowed my daughter to complete a Year 7 readiness test and subsequently was given a Year 7 course to work with. The online support at Wolsey Hall Oxford from the teachers and the year manager has been excellent. My daughter has been able to contact the teachers any time by email, and she has always gotten a speedy response. The Year 7 coursework has been very easy to follow, and self-explanatory, the books that accompany the online course work is colourful, informative and from well-known publishes, so you know that the material is on par. My daughter is very self-motivated, and this has allowed me to get on with my own work, as the coursework provided is so thorough that I have very little input in her lessons and best of all, the teachers mark her classwork and have given thorough feedback, including the positive aspects as well as things that she needs to work on, which my daughter takes to heart and tried to improve upon. Rachel is now going into mainstream secondary school this year, and she did an induction day yesterday and she did so well in all her tests, and we could see how having been part of Wolsey Hall Oxford has made her so confident in her learning. Our child has been using Wolsey for…
Our child has been using Wolsey for almost 3 years now. At first, we were a bit sceptical as we are looking for a platform that can provide a live class. But after give it a try, we actually fall in love as the platform has been highly useful for our child as it helps her to get ahead of the school curriculum with the online lessons. The topics are well-structured in an organized manner and our child able to go back to any topic that she need to revise, especially her weaker topics at wherever and whenever. Wolsey helps our child to get a good grasp and understanding about the lessons, patch up the learning gaps and clear our doubts. Therefore, we highly recommend Wolsey to all parents who choose home school education for their children.

Wolsey Hall is an excellent online Homeschooling platform
We have been travelling quite a bit and thanks to Wolsey Hall it was possible to give our 4 children a high standard of education. The lesson plans, structure and required materials are easy to access and download. Our appointed Student Progress Manager was a great help in staying on track and the platform gave us a lot of flexibility as we can submit assignments at a later date. The tutors were easily available when needed and always responded quickly. They gave extra resources and information when needed. We can easily recommend Wolsey Hall as an online school platform anytime.
