Flexible payment options for homeschooling courses

Simple and transparent payment methods 

At Wolsey Hall Oxford, we offer more choice than any other school when it comes to shaping your child’s learning journey – from the subjects they study, to how, where and when they learn. We’ve made it easy for you to find the right combination of courses for your child, and understand how much they'll cost.

Flexible payment options

You can choose to pay your child’s course fees in full upfront, or in monthly instalments over six months. If you choose to pay in instalments, you must make sure that all payments are made at least two months before your child’s chosen examination date or course completion date. 

UK payments 

If you have a UK bank account, we ask that you make your full payment or first instalment by bank transfer, as this doesn’t incur any additional charges for either you or us. 

If you're paying in instalments, we’ll email you a standing order form once your first payment has been made so you can set up regular payments through your bank. It’s a quick and easy process that will help you keep everything on track. 

International payments 

If you don’t have a UK bank account, or can’t use it for payment, we’ll send you a secure online invoice that you can pay using an international debit or credit card. We cover any fees incurred for this option, so there’s no extra cost to you. 

We’re also happy to accept international bank transfers. If you’d prefer this method, we’ll provide an IBAN invoice with all the details you need. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to cover any extra charges your bank applies for the transfer.
