How we keep your child safe online

A secure learning environment

Our online Student Learning Platform is a private, password-protected space where your child can access lessons, submit assignments and communicate with their Tutors safely and securely. Only Wolsey Hall staff can view submissions, and strict privacy measures are in place to protect student information. 

Transparent communication

All interactions between students and Tutors take place through secure channels including our Student Learning Platform, email and Zoom/Teams — and as a parent, you’ll have your own Observer account on our platform to monitor messages, assignments and feedback. This open approach helps you stay informed and ensures transparency at every step.

Practical guidance for online safety at home

We work in partnership with families to promote safe digital habits. You'll have access to online safety videos, helpful resources, and expert advice on managing screen time, setting family rules and supporting your child’s digital wellbeing.

Safeguarding information when you enrol

When you join Wolsey Hall, you’ll receive access to our full safeguarding resources — including our Safeguarding Policy, online safety guidelines, and advice on managing digital wellbeing. You’ll also have the contact details of our safeguarding leads and links to further mental health and support services. Our provision complies with all relevant UK safeguarding guidance, including the Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) framework.
