Charlotte graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Education Studies. Since then, she has lived in many parts of the UK, as well as San Francisco, where she worked for the Volunteer Centre of San Francisco. After returning from the U.S., Charlotte worked for many years as a reward analyst and has also completed an ‘Introduction to Counselling’ course at Oxford University, which she greatly enjoyed.
After working as an SPM for several years, Charlotte moved into the role of managing a team of secondary SPMs and is passionate about the service that we provide for so many students around the world.
For relaxation Charlotte enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her three children.
