Daisy is an experienced Project and Account Manager within the learning sector, specifically eLearning courses for adult students. She has a thorough understanding of how engaging content and the right support, can help motivate people to pursue their studies and achieve their goals.
Due to her outgoing and approachable nature, Daisy was promoted to Happiness Ambassador within her previous role; advocating a healthy and happy mindset within the workplace. Outside of work, you’ll find her in her own happy place – walking her three doggies or creating bespoke dog coats and accessories for her own business.
Daisy believes that there are many wonderful elements that make her role as a Student Progress Manager fulfilling, it would be difficult to pick just one. One element is being able to see students make progress in their studies and build confidence, whether it be an improvement in their assignment grades, achieving a grade in their exams that they were working towards, or even persevering with a module that they found particularly tricky. Daisy enjoys supporting her students throughout their Wolsey Hall journey. It’s a bitter-sweet feeling to see them move on to their next chapter at the end of their studies, but it’s very rewarding to see how far they have come since when they first joined.
