Having qualified as a Montessori nursery schoolteacher and spending time working in Australia, Lucy came back to the UK and spent the early part of her career in Events Management. Working in the charity sector, she organised events in London from celebrity film premieres to fundraising trekking and bike rides.
This led to working for an overseas expedition company as an Events and Operation Manager, giving her the opportunity to travel extensively. Following the birth of her two children, Lucy moved into the education sector working for a small rural Primary school as School Administrator whilst qualifying with a School Business Manager diploma. Prior to moving to Wolsey Hall, she worked for a Secondary school as PA to the Headteacher and HR Co-ordinator.
Lucy continues to live in Dorset raising her family and takes full advantage of living by the sea, walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
