We understand that choosing an education provider is an important – and sometimes emotive – decision. While we're here to support and guide you, we do not tolerate rude, aggressive or abusive behaviour towards our staff. If such behaviour occurs during a call or meeting, we may choose to end the conversation and refer the matter to a manager or move future communication to email.
