Rebecca graduated from Lancaster University in 1992 with a degree in Politics. She worked as a Library Assistant at Leeds Metropolitan University before moving to Oxfordshire in 1997. She spent the next 15 years working for the Open University, supporting distance learners by providing educational advice and guidance, organising examinations and putting arrangements in place for disabled students.
Studying part-time, Rebecca also gained a first class degree in Mathematics. In 2013 she took a career break to become a full-time mum and now that her children are at school she is delighted to be able to resume her career in education and follow her interests in supporting children’s learning.
When not supporting her Wolsey Hall students, Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking (and eating) cakes and organising events at her children’s school.
