Ursula graduated with BA in English Literature from the University of Warwick and followed this with an MA from Birmingham University. After a stint in academic publishing in Oxford, Ursula qualified as an ELT teacher and took up a position in the south of Brazil.
On return to the UK, Ursula taught in a number of institutions around Oxford before becoming a Commissioning Editor at Macmillan Publishers. Ursula transitioned to a freelance career and has written and edited a variety of books and materials for ELT teachers and students.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her three young children, writing creative fiction and taking classes in classical dance.
