Overview

Our Lower Primary Skills for Life course will help your child develop the personal, social and emotional skills they need to grow into a confident, resilient and caring individual.

Through age-appropriate topics and activities, they’ll explore how to understand themselves and others, manage emotions, and build positive relationships — with you there to support their learning every step of the way.

The course includes regular mindfulness activities to help children focus, regulate their feelings and build healthy thinking habits. Topics such as teamwork, online safety, feelings and positive decision-making are introduced in gentle, engaging ways.

The course follows the UK Key Stage 1 PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) curriculum, completed over two years. It provides the emotional tools and mindset your child will carry into Upper Primary and beyond.
