Overview

Our Primary Speaking and Listening in the English Language courses are designed to help your child build their confidence and fluency in spoken English through personalised 1:1 sessions with one of our Tutors. All our Tutors are native English speakers and fully qualified Primary School teachers.

Each lesson is personalised to your child’s level and needs — whether they’re new to English, or looking to strengthen their communication skills. You can also suggest topics to tailor the experience even further.

These courses support your child’s progress in Primary English or English as a Second Language, developing the core language skills they’ll use across the wider curriculum.

Additional information

Our courses are designed to be flexible, enabling you to tailor learning to your child’s individual needs and pace. You can work through the course materials in a way that suits your family, whether that's following a structured schedule or taking a more adaptable approach.

Requirements: Your child can begin at the year level  that best reflects their current skills and maturity or at their age-equivalent year level. Our Admissions team can provide individual Level Placement Checks and tailored advice on which level is best to start your child’s learning journey.

Study method: Personalised 1:1 Tutor sessions via secure video call. You can set the session frequency with your child’s Tutor — we recommend 1–2 sessions per week.
