Student Progress Manager

Natalie has been running her own fitness and wellness business for the past twenty years, firstly in London, and more recently in Oxfordshire. She is a yoga instructor and teaches classes both face to face locally, and online to clients all around the UK.

She is an advocate for the benefits of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation for all ages but particularly for young people to help manage stress and improve focus. Natalie is passionate about helping people reach their potential whatever their goals might be and enjoys supporting her students and families at Wolsey Hall.

When not working, Natalie enjoys walking in the Oxfordshire countryside, trips to London, and spending time with family and friends.
