¡Buenos días!

I am a bilingual Spanish speaker, a qualified Spanish, French and ESOL teacher, and a Spanish interpreter. I am originally from Santiago, Chile, and I moved to the UK as a child with my parents. I have an advanced understanding of the Spanish language and culture and the difficulties that English speakers may face when learning Spanish.

I am committed to education, and my passion for teaching languages began during my year abroad in Mexico as part of my degree in Latin American Studies. There I got a unique insight into another Spanish-speaking culture. I later went on to postgraduate research in Spanish Studies at the University of Manchester, where I also taught the Spanish language to undergraduate students. Since then, I have been lucky enough to teach Spanish, English, French, & Philosophy to young and adult learners at various schools, colleges, universities and online academies in the UK and internationally.

More recently, I have been involved in home-schooling children with medical needs across various KS3, GCSE & A- Level National and International Curriculum subjects.

When I am not teaching, I may be interpreting; hosting a bilingual radio show; painting or salsa dancing.

I look forward to being your Spanish Tutor and supporting your studies. If you have any questions about your Spanish course, please feel free to message me. I hope you enjoy learning with us.

¡Hasta pronto!
