Key elements of the Lower Secondary German homeschooling course include grammar, vocabulary and linguistic competence in reading, writing and speaking, covering among other topics:

Lower Secondary course information

The syllabus and hours of study

  • Our Lower Secondary German homeschooling course assumes no prior knowledge and starts from the basics.
  • The course follows the English National Curriculum for Key Stage 3 German.
  • Allow for up to 3 hours per week of’ study time for your child to complete each year of Lower Secondary German plus additional time for completing assignments.
  • We find that most children can complete the course in 9 months.
