Mathematics equips children with the ability to reason logically, to solve problems and to think in abstract ways. It is integral to nearly all aspects of life. With this in mind we have developed our Upper Primary Maths homeschooling course to help children develop a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards mathematics that will stay with them.
The main focus of mathematics is to ensure that children become confident with numbers, using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in a range of contexts. This will ensure that they develop written and mental methods to perform calculations accurately with increasingly large whole numbers. Our Upper Primary Maths homeschooling course covers the requirements of the UK National Curriculum over 6 years.
Once completed, our Upper Primary Maths course lays the foundations for children to transition smoothly to our Secondary Maths course.Tutor Support- A Family Explains
